Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING.

Pieces acquired online are carefully prepared and entrusted to a secure delivery service. All shipments are fully insured, trackable and require signature upon arrival.

Should a return be required, pieces may be sent to:

Return shipping is arranged by the client and is non-refundable. Where applicable, return costs will be deducted from an approved refund.

Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on the nature of the piece.

For items of significant value, we recommend using a fully insured and trackable service, as we cannot assume responsibility for items not safely received.

RETURNS.

Returns may be considered within 30 days of purchase.

As each piece is created or selected with care, we ask that items be returned unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by original packaging and proof of purchase.

REFUNDS.

All returns are received and reviewed with the same care with which they were prepared.

You will be notified once your return has been received. Where approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within fourteen (14) days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS.

If your refund has not yet appeared, we recommend first checking with your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary between institutions.

SALE PIECES.

Pieces acquired at a reduced price are considered final sale.

EXCHANGES.

In the rare instance that a piece is found to be defective or damaged, we will arrange a replacement accordingly.
