SHIPPING.

Pieces acquired online are entrusted to a secure delivery service, fully insured, trackable, and requiring signature upon arrival.

Return shipping is arranged by the client and is non-refundable. Where applicable, return costs will be deducted from any approved refund.

Delivery times for exchanges may vary.

For items of significant value, we recommend a fully trackable and insured service, as we cannot assume responsibility for items not received.

RETURNS.

Returns may be considered within 30 days of purchase.

As each piece is created or selected with care, we ask that items be returned unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by their original packaging and proof of purchase.

REFUNDS.

All returns are received and reviewed with the same care with which they were prepared.

You will be notified upon receipt. Where approved, refunds are issued to the original method of payment within fourteen (14) days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS.

If your refund has not appeared, we recommend checking with your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.

SALE PIECES.

Items purchased at a reduced price are considered final.

EXCHANGES.

In the rare instance that a piece is found to be defective or damaged, we will arrange a replacement accordingly.
