Rhys James offers ongoing care and maintenance for each piece, helping preserve its beauty, integrity and longevity.

With wear, jewellery may require occasional attention. Whether refining a setting, restoring a surface or simply a gentle polish, each piece is handled with the same care with which it was created.

Caring for Your Jewellery

Precious jewellery is designed to be worn, but considered care will help preserve its beauty over time.

We recommend removing jewellery during activities that may expose it to impact, chemicals or unnecessary abrasion, and storing pieces separately when not being worn.

Diamonds and settings should be inspected periodically, particularly in jewellery worn every day. If you are uncertain about the condition of a piece, we recommend returning it to Rhys James for assessment before attempting to clean or adjust it yourself.
